CRO Frontend Developer

6 - 8 hour overlap with PST

We’re seeking an experienced Frontend CRO Developer to join our team. Minimum 3 years experience working on testing platforms such as Adobe Target or Convert.com.

The ideal candidate will be technically minded, a problem solver, and love to code.  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery skills are a necessity, and a passion for design and User Experience (UX) would be a bonus.
As a Frontend CRO Developer in our Experience Analytics team, you will set up experiments designed by our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experts.  You will be responsible for translating test variation designs into code and then building and deploying those solutions on our testing platforms such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, and Conveert.com

Responsibilities:

  • Using your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery skills to build a wide variety of different test variations within our testing platforms. 
  • Communicate test results to our team and key stakeholders 
  • Working across multiple client projects simultaneously and managing your workload
  • Support in implementing tracking solutions to measure on-site performance using Google Tag Manager

Requirements:

Coding: Must have a minimum of 3 years of coding experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery and knowledge of responsive coding technology. We need a candidate with proven experience developing A/B tests using tools like (Convert, A/B Tasty, Adobe Target, Optimizely, WVO, or other similar tools)

  • 3 years experience in coding and launching test experiments in testing platforms 
  • Problem-solving with strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to code design files into digital experiences accurately
  • Able to debug tests, solve problems, and confirm data integrity
  • Holds knowledge of what elements within an A/B test experience may impact conversion rates and various key performance metrics
  • Proactively engages in ongoing practices to ensure tests run properly for the duration of the experiment
  • Analytical - You must be able to dig into data and discover insights  
  • Proactivity: Ability to identify issues and offer solutions. 
  • Communication: Friendly and engaging personality with good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically
